About Us

THE BEGINNING

We embarked on our Greenhouse journey in 2022, brought about by the upheavals of 2020/2021. We discovered a common passion and drive for creating amazing food, joining forces in our own catering business gave us the freedom to experiment with new flavours and techniques, creating our own brand of unique products along the way.

A NEW DIRECTION

The inspiration to grow in a new direction came from our clients and friends, so many admiring our products and asking, “can I get some for home?”  Recognising the potential to expand our business and grow our passion for creating new products, we delved in, mastering our craft, learning new techniques, and teaming up with some pretty amazing people along the way.

We are incredibly proud to produce small-batch, handmade products right here in Otautahi. As the seasons change, so do we, constantly growing and evolving our range to incorporate the freshness of local and seasonal, and when local’s not available, we source the highest quality ingredients possible. Our packaging is an on-going journey, with sustainability in mind we are always looking for better options; while still maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring you can enjoy the best of our creations in your home.
